Job summary

Primark is seeking a highly capable PMO Analyst to support a global EPOS transformation. You will maintain robust programme controls, reporting frameworks, and delivery standards across the programme lifecycle, bringing senior PMO experience from complex programmes in retail or EPOS contexts.

Role involves leading PMO operations, enforcing governance, owning RAID, and coordinating integrated planning, resource forecasting and stakeholder reporting across multiple geographies and vendors.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly capable PMO Analyst to support the Programme Management Office (PMO) function for a large-scale EPOS transformation across a global fast fashion retail business. This individual will be responsible for maintaining robust programme controls, reporting frameworks, resource governance, and delivery standards across the programme lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring senior PMO experience from complex, multi-workstream technology or retail transformation programmes.

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the PMO function across the EPOS transformation
• Enforce programme governance standards, processes, and reporting cycles adhering to Primark policies and Delivery Governance Framework
• Own the programme's RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) framework and ensure effective tracking and escalation
• Oversee integrated planning, milestone tracking, resource forecasting, and dependency management
• Manage programme reporting to steering groups, exec stakeholders, and senior leadership
• Support programme/quality assurance across all delivery activities, including stage gates and audit readiness
• Proven 5+ years minimum experience supporting PMO functions in large-scale, complex programmes (ideally retail or EPOS-related)
• Exceptional skills in governance, planning, RAID management, and stakeholder reporting
• Experience in multi-vendor, multi-geography delivery environments
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project portfolio tools (e.g. Planisware, Clarity, or similar)
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills at all levels

Desirable:

• PRINCE2, MSP, P3O or similar certifications
• Background in technology or retail transformation
