Responsibilities

• Enhance Digital & Data Portfolio Management with centralised support for leads and project managers.
• Improve performance and delivery reporting with linked time, cost, quality, and scope metrics.
• Strengthen governance and oversight by ensuring standard processes are followed.
• Manage Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence) for data integrity in reporting.
• Oversee resource allocation across digital and data initiatives.
• Enhance RAID management by tracking risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Centralise budget planning to support project managers.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between technical and business teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned.
