Job summary

National Highways is recruiting a PMO Analyst to help maintain complete project data and deliver timely reporting to decision makers. The role supports development and delivery teams across the East region and will base in Bedford, Cambridge or Ipswich offices.

You will develop analytical reports on scope, cost, schedule and efficiencies, participate in governance meetings, and drive improved business information systems usage. Strong data analysis and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of Project and Programme Management and Controls Methodologies.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office with good knowledge of excel to enable effective data analysis.
• Knowledge of contractual relationships between a client organisation and suppliers
• Knowledge of business management information systems and finance / project control applications
• Develop and sustain effective working relationships with key stakeholders in National Highways and the supply chain

Responsibilities

• Support and enable development and delivery teams in the maintenance of accurate and complete project and programme data and information on the National Highways finance and project control systems.
• Develop and deliver analytical reports enabling effective management of project and programme scope, cost, schedule, outputs and efficiencies.
• Support governance meetings including Project and Programme Board and Management Meetings, Scheme and Stage Gate Reviews and Working Day Round meetings.
• Maintain registers of project and programme risks, opportunities and issues and facilitate monthly reviews.
• Support Change Control governance for project and programme to facilitate reviews.
• Support continuous improvement through insights and the delivery of business transformation initiatives.
