Job summary

Capco in Glasgow (Hybrid) is seeking a PMO Analyst to support governance, reporting, planning and delivery across our Corporate Services PMO. You’ll enable teams to stay on track with RAID logs, dashboards and documentation, while growing your career in a fast-paced, global organisation.

We’re looking for candidates with at least two years of PMO experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and project tools such as MS Project or Jira.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a PMO Analyst or Project Support role.
• Experience supporting multiple projects within a structured project delivery environment.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across different business functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.

The Role

As a PMO Analyst, you'll support the successful delivery of projects and programmes by maintaining governance standards, producing insightful reporting, coordinating project activities, and ensuring accurate project documentation.
