MAG (Airports Group) is seeking a PMO Analyst to provide frontline portfolio governance, assurance and reporting support for one or more Product Towers. You will partner with Project Managers and Product Teams to ensure reliable information, understood risks and consistent governance delivery.
Key pillars include Governance & Assurance, Portfolio Reporting & Insights, Project Controls, and Stakeholder Support. The role is based at Manchester with hybrid working 2–3 days in the office.

The PMO Analyst provides frontline portfolio governance, assurance and reporting support for one or more Product Towers, helping projects maintain strong controls, accurate reporting and effective delivery governance. The role acts as a trusted partner to Project Managers and Product Teams, ensuring project information is reliable, risks are understood, and governance processes are consistently applied.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within a PMO environment, along with strong communication, engagement and stakeholder management skills. They will be confident building effective relationships across a range of stakeholders and influencing others to achieve positive outcomes.
With a proactive, can-do approach, the successful candidate will be able to identify opportunities for improvement, overcome challenges and support the successful delivery of projects. The ability to prioritise and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment is essential, as is the capability to distil complex project information into clear, concise updates for senior audiences.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies and the project lifecycle, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project, will also be advantageous to the candidate.
