Summary of the role

We have an opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join our team in Stirling. The role will focus on standard PMO responsibilities including Project Office Governance, Resource allocation support, Budget Management reviews, and data analysis to support our Senior Change team. It involves working with PMs to support governance on various projects and programmes. The role is hybrid, with a 3:2 split of office and home hours.

What you'll be doing
  • Ensuring Program and Project governance and standards are maintained through accurate data and reports
  • Managing processes to apply governance to change orders, project lifecycle, and resource allocation, including invoicing and timesheet reporting
  • Contributing to best practices in Project and Program Office Management
  • Creating reports for Project/Program Managers and PMO leadership
  • Performing Quality Assurance on project data, providing reports and trend analysis, and highlighting issues
  • Building strong relationships within the program to facilitate effective project delivery
What we're looking for
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in Project Office and Programme Management
  • Working towards or interested in Project Management qualifications such as Prince2, APMP, or ISEB
  • Experience within a Financial Services organization
