Job Description

Culina Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our PMO team as a PMO Analyst.

Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the PMO function. You will ensure high standards of reporting, governance, and project delivery. Your responsibilities will include supporting project and programme audits, generating reports, and ensuring the effective operation of the Group PMO. You will also provide insights into project and programme adherence and trends to facilitate continuous improvement.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Key Duties of a PMO Analyst:

  • Ensure timely and accurate updates from project teams for review by senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct project assurance activities, including audits.
  • Oversee the preparation and quality assurance of programme dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.
  • Maintain a centralized view of programme health, risks, and dependencies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for project teams requiring guidance on PMO procedures.
  • Support the implementation of new tools, templates, and systems to enhance PMO efficiency.
  • Conduct structured reviews to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a PMO or project delivery environment, ideally within a large or complex organization (e.g., 3PL).
  • Strong analytical and people management skills.
  • Understanding of project and programme governance frameworks.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality visual and written updates.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting platforms (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint).
  • Strong MS Office skills – MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, P3O, PMO certifications) are strongly desirable.
