Qualifications
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, PMLD or SLD.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with PMLD and SLD.
- Assist students with complex learning, sensory and communication needs.
- Support personal care where required in a dignified and respectful manner.
- Use visual aids, sensory strategies and tailored interventions.
- Encourage engagement, independence and social development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff.
- Help maintain a structured, safe and nurturing learning environment.
