Job summary

Avalon School, part of the Bower Learning Partnership federation in the United Kingdom, seeks a class teacher for pupils aged 11 to 19 with profound and multiple learning difficulties. You will build personalised, sensory learning around communication within a multidisciplinary team including therapists, families and support staff.

• Take a responsive, relationship-based approach to each pupil's communication and learning.
• Work closely with therapists, families and support staff.
• Weave physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language and healthcare targets into daily learning.
