An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Gynaecology, Breast, and Gynaecology/Oncology Acute 18-bed Surgical Ward for a Band 6 Registered Nurse, working 33.75 hours per week.
The post holder will provide leadership for patient care delivery within ward 309, specializing in Gynaecology and Breast services.
Responsibilities include managerial duties in the absence of the Senior Charge Nurse, supervising and deploying staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The role also involves assessing care needs, evaluating care plans, and maintaining clinical and staff governance standards.
Applicants must be on Part 1 of the UK NMC register, demonstrate ongoing professional development, and show a genuine commitment to these specialties.
Where appropriate, the successful candidate may receive an £8,000 relocation allowance.
