Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting for an Order Picker AM shift in Kettering. The role involves using a voice-activated headset to pick items in a fast-paced warehouse, safely operating a Low Level Order Picker, and stacking items to maximise space for efficient transit to stores and hubs.

You will aim to meet and exceed pick targets while maintaining accuracy, with general housekeeping duties to keep the area clean and productive. The position is based at the Kettering site with ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25kg daily.
• Experience with voice-picking systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picking items using a voice-activated headset.
• Safely operating a Low Level Order Picker in a fast-paced environment, adhering to site health and safety regulations.
• Safely stacking items in cages to maximize space and ensure safe transit to stores and hubs.
• Meeting and exceeding site pick targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Performing general housekeeping duties to keep the work area clean, tidy, and productive.
