Job summary

PROMAN is recruiting Despatch Operatives to join a leading Worcester manufacturer on the PM shift. The role involves loading customer orders with MHE, checking paperwork and ensuring on-time despatch. Training is provided for MHE equipment and safety procedures.

You will work in a busy Despatch Department with a 39-hour weekly average, with overtime opportunities and weekly pay. The position offers a structured progression and onsite facilities in Worcester.

Qualifications

• Willing to undertake MHE training
• Previous despatch/warehousing/logistics experience preferred but training provided

Responsibilities

• Check and prepare customer orders for despatch
• Verify quantities against picking lists and despatch paperwork
• Inspect products for damage before shipping
• Move goods and materials throughout the despatch area
• Safely stack and secure products for transportation
• Load and unload goods
• Operate MHE after training and authorisation
• Identify and report damaged goods or stock discrepancies
• Work with warehouse, logistics and production teams
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area
• Follow all health and safety procedures
