As a plumbing teacher, you will have passion and enthusiasm for developing and nurturing the next generation of plumbing professionals.
Our Construction Faculty has an excellent record of delivering vocational plumbing courses with employability embedded at their heart. This is achieved through excellent relationships with industry and the employment of experts with extensive professional experience within the teaching team.
This is a full-time, permanent contract, based at Guildford College.
Salary: Up to £42,182, with potential for a hard-to-fill supplement depending on qualifications and experience.
What do you need to be a successful Plumbing teacher at Activate Learning?
You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent teaching, learning, and assessment on our courses at Guildford College. Our students are eager to learn, and we want to appoint someone with a genuine interest in working with and developing young professionals, providing them with a high level of knowledge for their future careers.
Ideally, you will be a qualified plumber with extensive industry experience, along with a passion for developing the skills of the future generation. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workloads are essential. You will benefit from being part of a supportive team, working in a varied and interesting role with opportunities for career development.
Candidates with experience in further education, distance learning, and higher apprenticeships are encouraged to apply.
