• Deliver high-quality teaching on a range of courses within an appropriate curriculum area.
• Implement curriculum and course development within the specified area of work.
• Develop schemes of work (SOW) and materials aligned with course aims, objectives, assessment modes, and accreditation standards.
• Contribute effectively to teamwork and collaborative efforts.

Skills & Experience:

• Right to Work & Enhanced Adult/Child DBS check dated within the last 3 months or registered on the update service.
• A UK-recognized teaching qualification, such as PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or equivalent, is essential.
• Demonstrable knowledge of incorporating Equality and Diversity into the curriculum, along with awareness of latest teaching techniques and topics in Business instruction.
• Experience in delivering the subject effectively.
