Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?
As our Plumbing Supervisor you will be part of our Plumbing Team who will be responsible for the supervision of the team working on our Thames Water contract in Wantage.
Day-to-day compliance management ensuring jobs are health, safety, quality and environmentally compliant in accordance with legislations, procedures and standards
Complete and sign off permits as required along with van audits
Check training certification and competence and ensure teams are completing data fields in OFS/work mobile
Ensure plant and equipment is safe, calibrated and being used by authorised personnel
Carry out and record TBT’s and safety briefings
Complete and submit site audits and hazard spots
Ensure jobs meet all environmental standards
Ensure the data integrity of all jobs completed including random dip testing of data including but not limited to; serial numbers (bar codes), co-ordinates, photograph quality on route and task stop-starts times etc
