Job summary

Beyond Housing is seeking a multi-trade operative with plumbing expertise to diagnose and repair plumbing issues in customers' homes, and to carry out maintenance across at least two additional trades. You will work safely to high standards, deliver first-time fixes where possible, and maintain accurate records using tablets or PDAs.

A full driving licence is essential. NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing is required; NVQ Level 3 in two additional trades is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent.
• Competent in two or more trades.
• Experience in building repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to work in occupied properties.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Deliver repairs across at least two additional trades.
• Aim for first-time fixes and reduce follow-up visits.
• Work safely and to high standards; follow operating guidelines.
• Record work details using tablets or PDAs and update records.
