Think FE is recruiting two Plumbing Lecturers for its Sunderland-based construction department. Permanent salary is £31,375–£40,912 per year; temporary roles pay up to £35 per hour. Open to experienced plumbers transitioning into education, with support for Level 5 Diploma in Education.

You'll deliver both practical and theory-based plumbing training, helping learners develop essential installation, maintenance and fault-finding skills in a collaborative college environment.

Competenze

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Plumbing.
• At least 3 years of hands-on plumbing industry experience.
• Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical plumbing skills.
• Good communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others develop.
• Teaching experience is welcome but not essential.
