Facilities Technician – Heathlands Care Home, Chingford, London

40 hours per week – £15.58 per hour

Heathlands Care Home, based in Chingford, London, has a vacancy for a full-time Facilities Technician on a permanent basis. You will be required to work 40 hours per week.

We are seeking a Facilities Technician to assist in maintaining and ensuring the safety of our Home for residents and staff. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repairs throughout the home, routine safety checks, general decoration, and upkeep of the buildings.

The Person:

If you possess sound knowledge of property maintenance, repairs, and decorating, we would love to hear from you. We seek an enthusiastic, flexible individual capable of effective time management and prioritization, who can work independently and use their initiative when necessary.

Shortlisted candidates will need to provide evidence of previous maintenance roles, ideally within a care environment, though this is not necessarily essential.
