This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced maintenance plumbing and heating engineer. The engineer will be required to service, maintain and repair plumbing and heating systems in residential and commercial properties. Day to day responsibilities include diagnosing faults, general plumbing heating and hot water system faults. Carrying out maintenance and repair work along with completing necessary documentation / job reports / certificates. The engineer’s responsibility will involve planned schedules, liaising with the customer to book in jobs and to also be able explain the work undertaken or if further works will be required. The engineer is to ensure all tasks comply with all relevant health & safety regulations and industry standards. The engineer will work with office staff and other engineers to plan and undertake jobs along with managing van and stores stock.
