Job summary

Gov Facility Services Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor (Plumbing) to lead a skilled team at HMP Swaleside. The role focuses on safe, compliant maintenance of heating and water systems within a secure environment and requires extensive plumbing qualifications and experience.

You will join a dedicated team working 39 hours per week in a permanent role, contributing to rehabilitation and safe operations across the facility.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience ideally within FM/secure environments.
• Experience with commercial/industrial heating, water or building services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and other trades.
• Maintain safe and secure operations at HMP Swaleside.
• Ensure compliance with Water Regulations and Legionella L8 requirements.
• Plan and manage maintenance projects with strong organisational skills.
