Qualifications

  • Experience working on a Mobile maintenance contract across Commercial sites.
  • Completed contractual or indentured apprenticeship or equivalent competency-based achievement.
  • NVQ Level 2 in plumbing required.
  • Water Regulations specific training with ability to attain Water Safe Registration.

Responsibilities

  • Perform PPM tasks across several sites on the contract.
  • Handle reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Liaise with clients and sub-contractors.
  • Conduct general repairs and maintenance.
  • Focus on mechanical maintenance.
Job description

We're looking for a Mobile Plumbing Engineer to join our FM Hard Services Team based in Suffolk and Norwich.

Location: Mobile - Suffolk and Norwich

What will you be responsible for?

As a Mobile Plumbing Engineer, you'll be working within the FM Hard Services Team supporting them in all FM related works with a bias towards Mechanical Maintenance across a variety of sites.

Your day to day will include:

  • PPM tasks across a number of sites on the contract
  • Reactive Maintenance Tasks
  • Liaison with Clients and Sub-Contractors
  • General repairs and maintenance
  • Mechanical maintenance

What are we looking for?

This role of a Mobile Plumbing Engineer is great for you if:

  • You have experience working on a Mobile maintenance contract across Commercial sites
  • a completed contractual or indentured apprenticeship or equivalent competency-based achievement, including at least an NVQ Level 2 in plumbing.
  • Water Regulations specific training and be able to attain Water Safe Registration.
