About the role as a Plumbing Assessor:
As a Plumbing Assessor, you will have a passion and enthusiasm for developing and nurturing the next generation of plumbing professionals.
Our assessors (performance coaches) will work across a range of plumbing qualifications to deliver flexible, high-quality training and assessments to our apprentices in their work-based training areas. You’ll be required to monitor performance progression and development and to assess related skills and knowledge-based tasks to ensure the learners meet the course requirements as part of the apprenticeship standards. You will contribute towards the apprenticeship targets in respect of learner recruitment, attendance, retention, achievement and administer all assessments and internal verification procedures.
This role is full-time (37 hours per week), permanent contract, working across Berkshire and Surrey. Hybrid/remote working is available.
We are offering an annual salary up to £42,182 and may consider a hard-to-fill supplement (depending on qualifications and experience).
What do you need to be a Plumbing Assessor at Activate Learning?
You will be working towards creating and delivering excellent teaching, learning and assessment for apprentices based at our Guildford and Reading colleges. Our students are eager to learn, and therefore we want to appoint someone that has a genuine interest in working with and developing young professionals, providing them with a high level of knowledge that they can utilise in their future careers.
