Job summary

Find. is seeking a Plumbing & Gas Trainer to train apprentices and adult learners at a brand-new facility near Derby. The role welcomes experienced trainers or engineers moving into education, with no teaching experience required.

You will deliver comprehensive plumbing and gas training, short courses, ACS renewals and upskilling, while supporting learners to achieve their qualifications. 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Strong industry experience in plumbing, domestic gas or commercial gas.
• Relevant plumbing and gas qualifications.
• Good communication skills and an interest in developing others.
• Teaching or assessing experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Deliver plumbing and gas training to apprentices and adult learners.

Plumbing & Gas Trainer / Tutor

Location: Near Derby (approximately 30 minutes away)

Salary: £44,000 + achievable bonus

Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week

I'm working with a growing independent training provider looking to recruit a Plumbing & Gas Trainer to join their team at a brand-new training facility near Derby.

This opportunity is open to both experienced trainers and qualified plumbing or gas engineers looking to move off the tools and into education.

No previous teaching experience is required, making this a great opportunity to use your industry knowledge to train the next generation of engineers.

The Role
