Find Recruitment Group LTD is currently recruiting a Plumbing & Gas Trainer to join a growing independent training provider at a brand-new facility near Derby. The role focuses on delivering plumbing and gas training to apprentices and adult learners, with opportunities to cover domestic gas, heating systems, smart meters, heat pumps and energy-efficient technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience in plumbing or gas, hold relevant qualifications, and enjoy developing

Qualifications

• Strong industry experience in plumbing, domestic gas or commercial gas.
• Relevant plumbing and gas qualifications.
• Good communication skills and an interest in developing others.
• Teaching or assessing experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Deliver plumbing and gas training to apprentices and adult learners.
• Cover a range of subjects, including domestic gas, heating systems, smart meters, heat pumps and energy-efficient technologies.
• Deliver short courses, ACS renewals and upskilling programmes alongside apprenticeships.
• Support learners throughout their training, monitoring progress and helping them achieve their qualifications.

Plumbing & Gas Trainer / Tutor

Location: Near Derby (approximately 30 minutes away)

Salary: £44,000 + achievable bonus

Hours: Monday Friday, 37.5 hours per week

I'm working with a growing independent training provider looking to recruit a Plumbing & Gas Trainer to join their team at a brand-new training facility near Derby.

This opportunity is open to both experienced trainers and qualified plumbing or gas engineers looking to move off the tools and into education.

No previous teaching experience is required, making this a great opportunity to use your industry knowledge to train the next generation of engineers.

The Role

• Deliver plumbing and gas training to apprentices and adult learners.
