Job summary

ERP Limited is seeking an experienced Plumber to join our SE London team delivering social housing maintenance services.

You will carry out plumbing maintenance and repairs in domestic properties, diagnose faults, service radiators and heating systems, and maintain accurate records. The role offers a £42,000 base salary with unlimited overtime, a company van with fuel, and a clear path for ongoing training.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across SE London.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out plumbing maintenance and repairs in domestic properties.
• Diagnosing and repairing leaks, plumbing faults and heating issues.
• Servicing and repairing radiators, pumps and motorised valves.
• Carrying out power flushing on heating systems.
• Completing work to a high standard and within required timescales.
• Maintaining accurate job records and following health and safety procedures.
