Job description

We are looking for a skilled Plumber to join our public sector client's maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in plumbing maintenance and repair, ensuring essential facilities remain safe and operational.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance.
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and heating systems.
  • Identifying and resolving leaks, blockages, and water pressure issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and building regulations.
  • Assisting with general maintenance duties as needed.

About You:

  • Qualified plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in maintenance plumbing, ideally in a public sector or commercial environment.
  • Knowledge of water regulations and health & safety best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
