Job summary

Gilmartins are recruiting an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to work on social housing reactive repairs across High Wycombe, Marlow and Princes Risborough. Travel across listed areas is required, with on-call every fourth week (5pm–1am; £35–£50 per call-out).

8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with van, tools and PDA provided. The ideal candidate will have basic carpentry and electrical skills, DBS certificate, and a valid manual driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in social housing.
• Full manual driving licence (not automatic licence).
• Own tools.
• DBS certificate.

Gilmartins are recruiting for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader with basic carpentry & electrics, patch plastering, tiling skills.

The ideal person will have worked in social housing previously.

We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

The job requires you to travel across High Wycombe, Marlow and Princes Risborough and surrounding areas. (travelling will be required)

Gilmartins is a family owned and run business; our staff are valued and our ethos is to promote from within. Our Board of Directors mostly started on the tools themselves so have a 'hands-on' understanding of the work we do.

Hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with call-outs as required once every 4 weeks. On call from Monday to Sunday, 5pm to 1am (£35-£50 per call out)
