Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Plumber (Multi Trade) for housing maintenance contracts across SW London & TW postcodes. The role involves a multi-trade approach to deliver first-time fixes, with duties including kitchen fitting, bathroom installs/refurbs, and void works. A valid UK driving licence and PDA usage are required.

Salary ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 plus overtime and call-out; permanent role with progression opportunities within a maintenance specialist environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing required.
• Social housing experience preferred.
• Clean UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-trade works to achieve first-time fix on reactive or planned housing maintenance tasks.
• Perform kitchen fitting, bathroom installs/refurbishments, and void works as part of a multi-trade approach.

The Company

Working for a maintenance specialist who’s contracts are with local authorities within the SW & TW postcodes.

The Role

• Carpentry biased role carrying out Multi Trade works with the aim to deliver first time fix. This will be on a reactive or planned works basis. Works can include but not limited to: Kitchen Fitting, Bathroom installs / refurbs, and voids.

  All Plumbing maintenance works followed by necessary Multi Trade.

Skills & Experience

• Competent use of PDA & mobile devices
• Level 2 NVQ Plumbing
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience (Preferred)
• Relevant industry qualifications

The Offer

• Straight permanent offer with a salary of £35,000 – £42,000
