Job summary

Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced plumber multi to join our client's reactive maintenance team in Slough. You will carry out day to day plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied properties across social housing contracts.

Hours are 42.5 per week (Mon to Fri) with a yearly wage of £38,000. A van and fuel card are provided along with a pension scheme and 23 days holidays plus bank holidays. Full UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic/social housing or council property repairs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to perform secondary trades to a good standard.
• No formal qualifications required.
