This role

We are seeking an experienced multi-skilled Plumber with social housing or local authority experience. You will perform plumbing and other trade repairs and maintenance, delivering high-quality, 'right first time', cost-effective building services.

Applicants must have the ability to undertake trade tasks within their competency, hold an NVQ2 qualification or equivalent, and possess relevant long-term trade experience.

Additional skills may include ceramic tiling, basic carpentry, vinyl flooring, and decorating.

You will work in accordance with current legislation, British Standards, Codes of Practice, safe systems of work, and recognized industrial standards, minimizing property damage.

This role operates on a Monday to Friday rota basis.

You must have a full manual UK driving licence. A company van will be provided for working hours.

To ensure safety and quality, a standard DBS background check will be completed after an employment offer is made. You will be enrolled in the DBS updating service, with checks every three years, paid for by the organization.
