Cumbria - working in our properties across the North Lakes

Permanent, full-time (37.5 hpw Monday to Friday)

Salary £33,433 per annum plus van and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical day as a Plumber

• Complete all allocated jobs right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing excellent service for our customers.
• Installation and repairs to hot/cold plumbing and heating systems, including sanitary-ware and drainage.
• Deliver high-quality and compliant work.
• Utilize multi-skilling to improve first-time fixes and reduce repeat visits.
• Work across properties in the North Lakes, with scheduled jobs so you know your daily locations.

You have

• City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in plumbing or equivalent.
• Fault finding experience and knowledge of plumbing installations.
• Experience in all aspects of plumbing within a maintenance environment.
• Experience in other building trades (multi-skilled).
• A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgment.
• A full current driving license, as a company van will be provided for work and commuting.

Job details

• Working Monday to Friday, with participation in an out-of-hours rota, for which you will receive additional on-call pay.
• Based in our properties across the North Lakes, with an office in Maryport.
• You must be comfortable using technology for logging jobs, online learning, and collaboration.
• A Basic DBS check is required; we will cover the cost.
