Job summary

Norwich City Services Limited is seeking a skilled Plumber (Trade Operative Level 2) to join our property maintenance team on a permanent basis. The role delivers high-quality plumbing services across council properties, with a focus on safety, customer care and compliance.

The ideal candidate has Level 2 City & Guilds Plumbing qualifications, extensive domestic/commercial maintenance experience, and strong IT capabilities including PDA/handheld devices.

Qualifications

• Qualified plumber with Level 2 City & Guilds Plumbing Qualification or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in domestic and commercial property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing works across Norwich City Council’s domestic and commercial properties.
• Work independently to complete tasks safely and to high standards.
• Coordinate with scheduling team and contribute to out-of-hours rota.
