About the Role:

Anderselite, a specialist in social housing recruitment, is working with a large, reputable contractor delivering reactive repairs and planned maintenance across Yorkshire. We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of social housing properties, providing essential plumbing repairs and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out repairs and installations of plumbing systems in social housing properties
Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
Ensure all work complies with current standards, regulations, and safety requirements
Keep accurate records of work completed
Communicate professionally with tenants and team members

Requirements:

Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Proven experience in domestic and social housing plumbing repairs
Full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
Work vehicle and fuel card is provided.
