Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is recruiting experienced Plumbing Engineers to join a growing home repairs and maintenance business. This field-based role covers domestic properties across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, carrying out reactive plumbing repairs and installations.

This position offers excellent earning potential through overtime and bonus schemes, alongside the opportunity to work for a supportive and professional organisation with a company vehicle and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in domestic plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks including DBS and driving licence checks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance within domestic properties.
• Diagnose and repair leaks and plumbing faults.
• Install and replace water cylinders.
• Repair and install taps, toilets, showers and waste systems.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Complete job reports and documentation accurately.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to industry standards.
