Job description

Our client, a market leader in their niche field, is seeking an experienced plumber with excellent stakeholder management skills who has the capabilities and motivation to move into a managerial position, ultimately managing a team of plumbers on a UK-wide basis. This role will involve extensive travel initially.

Duties

1. Liaising with prospective clients to survey all jobs.
2. Collaborating with internal departments to provide accurate job costings.
3. Project managing all installations to ensure smooth implementation, snagging, and comprehensive handover.
4. Maintaining all after-service schedules in a timely manner.
5. Managing ongoing client relationships, dealing with inquiries and operational questions.
6. Travel and overnight stays will be involved.

Candidate Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience.
2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
3. Demonstrated leadership abilities.
4. Flexible and adaptable attitude.

Additional Details

• Location: Candidates from Birmingham to Cornwall will be considered.
