Job summary

360 Recruitment seeks an experienced Plumber for a refurbishment project in Nether Wallop, Hampshire. The role covers 1st and 2nd fix plumbing on a mansion refurbishment being converted into a children's home.

You will work from drawings, install pipework, bathroom and kitchen fittings, and ensure hot and cold-water systems meet specification. Immediate start preferred; own tools and CSCS/JIB card are advantageous.

Plumber required for a refurbishment project in Nether Wallop, near Winchester.

We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join a large mansion refurbishment project which is being converted into a children's home.

The Role

Location: Nether Wallop, near Winchester

Project: Mansion refurbishment / conversion

Work: 1st & 2nd fix plumbing

• 1st fix plumbing
• 2nd fix plumbing
• Installation of pipework
• Bathroom and kitchen installations

• General plumbing duties associated with a full refurbishment
• Working from drawings and following site specifications

Requirements
