Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Carpenter for a refurbishment project in Nether Wallop, Hampshire. The role covers 1st and 2nd fix carpentry on a mansion refurbishment being converted into a children's home.

Location is Nether Wallop, near Winchester with an ongoing project. You will work on 1st and 2nd fix tasks, studwork, door sets, architrave and finishing carpentry, requiring own tools and a CSCS card. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience on refurbishment projects.
• Strong 1st and 2nd fix experience.
• Own tools required.
• CSCS card relevant to site.
• Reliable and able to commit to the project.
• Immediate start available.

Responsibilities

• 1st fix carpentry and fitting of components.
• 2nd fix carpentry and associated joinery.
• Studwork and partitioning as required for the refurbishment.
• Door linings and door sets installation.
• Skirting and architrave fitting.
• Hanging doors with correct alignment.
• Ironmongery installation and adjustments.
• General finishing carpentry for high-quality refurbishment.
• All other standard carpentry duties on a refurbishment project.

Carpenter required for a refurbishment project in Nether Wallop, near Winchester.

We are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter to join a large mansion refurbishment project which is being converted into a children's home.
