An exciting full-time Plumber position is available in Telford and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate can earn up to £34,000 plus a bonus scheme, depending on experience and skills.

The role involves inspection, servicing, and fault finding of plumbing systems in both domestic and commercial properties, including mains water repair work.

Ideally, candidates will hold a minimum qualification of Diploma 2 City & Guilds Plumbing.

Role Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds in plumbing or equivalent experience
• Full UK driving license
• Friendly and informative communication skills
• Commitment to excellent customer service

Role Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team to meet customer service standards and expectations
• Perform a wide range of tasks to a high standard, maintaining productivity
• Attend to responsive repairs, diagnose faults, and undertake remedial actions
• Support and cover for other engineers and participate in out-of-hours service rota
• Coordinate with dispatchers for appointments and work details; liaise with customers for access and discussions
