Plumber - Social Housing Contract

Are you a skilled and experienced Plumber looking for a stable and rewarding role? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, working on a vital social housing contract in Basildon.

Salary: Up to GBP35,000 per annum

About the Role:

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing duties within occupied and void social housing properties. This will include, but is not limited to:

* Responding to reactive maintenance requests
* Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues (leaks, blockages, burst pipes)
* Installing and repairing sanitary ware
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
* Providing excellent customer service to residents

What We're Looking For:

* NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent recognized qualification
* Proven experience working as a Plumber within a social housing or domestic setting
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
