Job summary

Sureserve Compliance Central is seeking an experienced domestic plumber to maintain and repair heating and hot water systems in the Spalding area. You will work 5 days a week, 8am–5pm, with a 1-hour lunch and on-call availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience of carrying out domestic plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and COSHH.
• Able to read and follow technical plans and manuals.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced plumber to perform maintenance and repairs to our clients heating and hot water systems, completing all work in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction, The Plumber will visit client properties to perform a range of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks. They will ensure that all plumbing systems function efficiently and safely, completing all repairs in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.,

Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary plumbing repairs and maintenance work.
• Installing and repairing plumbing fixtures.
• Diagnose and assess plumbing issues.
• Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work.
• Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with clients and tenants.
  Qualified and experienced in plumbing with relevant certification.
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to diagnose problems and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and our team.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to the Out of Hours, weekends and evenings on call rota
• It is important that we complete all the appropriate criminal and reference checks before you start working with us.

We are seeking an experienced domestic plumber to perform maintenance and repairs to our clients heating and hot water systems in Spalding area.

5 days per week (Mon - Fri) 8am to 5pm - 40 hrs

1 hour for lunch daily, call out rota to go on doing evenings & weekend work.
