Our client is an esteemed name in luxury motor yacht craftsmanship worldwide, established in 1967. They focus on technical prowess and design excellence, expanding their fleet to 22 models by the end of 2023. With around 2000 employees and over 150 apprentices, they are a prominent private employer in Dorset with a global presence.

Role Overview

The Plumber, also known as a Systems Technician, plays a key role in the installation, testing, and commissioning of water-based systems, air conditioning, pumps, hot water systems, and bathroom facilities on luxury motor yachts. They contribute significantly to ensuring vessel functionality and craftsmanship.

Working Schedule

• Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30 | Overtime (x1.5) available
• Night Shift | Monday-Thursday, 18:00-04:30

Note: Preferred shifts may vary due to operational needs.

Ideal Candidate

• Proficiency in reading scaled drawings (1:10s)
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight tolerances
• Detail-oriented with a drive for perfection
• Experience in scribing is preferred

Employees are entitled to 30 days of holiday leave, including bank holidays.
