Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking a Plumber in Oxford to join one of the area’s largest contractors providing a company van, fuel card, and tools allowance from day one. You will work across well-maintained domestic properties as part of a reliable team with strong career prospects.

The role requires domestic plumbing experience or NVQ Level 2, a full UK driving licence, and a clean DBS. iPad/iPhone use is essential, with opportunities across housing environments and a competitive pension and holiday

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing or more than 5 years experience in plumbing
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience doing domestic plumbing
• Experience working within social housing or similar environments
• Ability to use iPad or iPhone is essential
• Clean DBS

Responsibilities

• Repairs to domestic plumbing installations
• Installation of replacement sanitary ware and baths, shower trays and level decks and associated equipment
• Installation of kitchen sinks
• Installation of new pipe work (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater)
• Installation and repairs of new sundry items such as taps and ball valves
• Installing and repairing water mains supplies, heating system pipe work and drainage stop taps
• Installing and fixing domestic appliances like showers and washing machines
• Vented and unvented cylinder heads
• Cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal

I’d be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in general building trades, whether you’ve previously worked as a Domestic Plumber, Maintenance Plumber, or Bathroom Fitter.

As a Plumber you will be:

• Repairs to domestic plumbing installations
