Full-time, temporary position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install and maintain plumbing systems for personal hygiene and sanitation, including:

• Wash hand basins, showers, baths, sinks, toilets
• Foul drainage, waste pipes, rainwater goods
• Inlet gullies and inspection chambers

Carry out drainage and non-gas heating works.

Install and maintain sanitary items, including adaptations for disability.

Utilize elements of other general trades where appropriate to achieve a first-time fix.

Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and service standards.
