About the Role
As an experienced Plumber, you will contribute to providing high-quality rented housing, achieving tenant satisfaction, and ensuring health and safety. Your responsibilities include installing and maintaining plumbing systems for hygiene and sanitation, such as wash basins, showers, baths, sinks, toilets, drainage, waste pipes, rainwater goods, inlet gullies, and inspection chambers. You will also handle other plumbing tasks, including drainage, non-gas heating, or sanitary items, and adaptions for disability.
You will be expected to utilize skills from other trades to achieve first-time fixes where appropriate and efficient.
