Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to service sites in Sunderland and Gateshead. This role focuses on commercial plumbing maintenance, repairs, and fault finding, with a mix of reactive and planned works.

You will work across multiple properties for a reputable client, ensuring quality and safety at all times. The position is a minimum 6-week contract with the potential for ongoing work for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• CSCS card is essential.
• Proven commercial plumbing experience.
• Clean criminal record is essential.
• Own tools and transport are required.
• Manual Handling, Working at Heights, Asbestos Awareness.
• Good communication and reliability are required.

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to carry out commercial maintenance works across sites in Sunderland and Gateshead.

This is initially a minimum 6-week contract, with the potential for ongoing work for the right person.
