Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Greater Manchester, who are recruiting for a Plumber on a three month temporary to permanent contract. The position is due to start immediately, paying GBP23 per hour on an Umbrella CIS basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience Plumbing within domestic properties, and have access to their own van and tools.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Completing reactive plumbing maintenance within domestic properties
• Working on vented and unvented cylinders
• Repairing and installing sinks, showers, taps and baths
• Tiling bathrooms and kitchens as required

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing
• Experience working with customers within housing
• Experience with a variety of plumbing systems
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm
