Job description

We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking potential candidates for the following opportunity:

First Fix Plumber

Working cohesively with a Social Housing scheme across Manchester & Surrounding areas.

Requirements

1. Qualified or Timeserved First Fix Plumber.
2. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, full refurbishment of wetrooms, installation of tray pumps and waste, removal of existing fixtures, and installation of new toilet, sink, and shower units.
3. Must be fully aware that this role involves working within Tenanted properties for a Social Housing association in Central Manchester and surrounding areas.
4. A company van is provided to subsidise daily costs, but applicants must provide their own tools daily.
5. Professional and respectful conduct at all times is required.

Contract Details

Initial 12-week temporary placement with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.

The initial 12-week period is paid at £18 per hour. Upon successful completion, a package of £35,000 per annum plus additional company benefits will be offered.
