Our UK-based organization works with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients and includes divisions such as Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, Projects, Reactive, FM, Small Works, and other trades.

Position

Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, the Maintenance Plumber will have a hands-on, customer-facing role in delivering commercial contract work, including:

1. Carrying out maintenance of heating installations in domestic and commercial buildings (including boilers, pipelines, valves, pumps, control gear, and related equipment), with full knowledge of heating systems aligned with technical qualifications.
2. Performing installation and maintenance of plumbing, drainage, and sanitation systems in various settings, with comprehensive system knowledge.
3. Conducting fault-finding, diagnosis, and analysis of plant operation related to mechanical systems such as plumbing, drainage, heating, and HVAC.
4. Testing and certifying mechanical plant and systems in accordance with regulations and relevant qualifications.

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant roles.

Preferred skills:

• Experience with HVAC systems
• Gas and commercial heating expertise
• Plant room installations
