We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to join our team, focusing on planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks on plumbing systems, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across a range of commercial plumbing systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain various commercial plumbing fixtures, pipework, and systems.
• Carry out routine inspections and assessments to ensure systems remain compliant with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to complete jobs effectively and within deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including reports on repairs, inspections, and materials used.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the safe operation of all tasks undertaken.
  
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in commercial plumbing, including PPM and reactive maintenance work.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including water heaters, pipework, and drainage in commercial settings.
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving license (essential).
