Role: Plumber

Contract: Temp to Perm

Rate: GBP180 a day

Location: Dartford

Working Hours per Week: 40

Start Date: ASAP

My client is currently looking for a Plumber to work in social housing properties. We are looking to recruit Plumbers on their behalf to interview and start immediately. This role is based in and around the Dartford area.

Looking for people who have social housing experience and the knowledge of dealing with tenants as well as someone who is a fully qualified plumber. Ideally, this person will have 2 or more years of experience working within social housing properties as well as NVQ Level 2 (higher or equivalent) in plumbing.

Day-to-day work will consist of you going into social housing properties and performing general plumbing roles. Being able to work alone or as part of a team is essential as well. You will need your own van.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Full UK Driver's Licence
• Social Housing Experience
• Must Hold Level 2 Qualifications as a minimum in Plumbing
• Have their own van
